Thank you for being a part of the ShaarkX Revolution. We want your experience with us to be as seamless as our gear. Please read our shipping policy below to know how your order will be handled.

General

All product availability is subject to change. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, discrepancies may occur.

In case an item is backordered, we will ship available products first and contact you with options: wait for the restock or receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping (2–4 Business Days) on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry a flat shipping fee of ₹120.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or wrong items only.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return shipping is borne by the customer.

Refunds will be initiated in your UPI/Bank Accounts within 5-7 business working days.

Delivery Terms

Domestic Deliveries: Usually arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Currently not available.

Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be shipped within 48 hours.

Address changes can only be made before dispatch.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is unavailable, you’ll be refunded for that product, and the rest will be shipped.

Delivery Delays

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your parcel.

Damaged Parcels

If your package appears damaged at delivery, we recommend rejecting it and informing us.

If you’ve already accepted it, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

Taxes & Duties

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST. No hidden charges.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

Once dispatched, cancellations fall under our refund policy.
