Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – ShaarkX

At ShaarkX, we craft every piece of apparel with precision, quality, and care. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so we’ve created a clear and transparent policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


SHAARKX EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

🔁 Exchange & Returns

  • Exchange or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after this time window will not be accepted.

  • Products that are already exchanged or returned once cannot be processed again.


📦 Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Tags must be intact.

  • Items purchased during clearance sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Free promotional products cannot be exchanged or returned.


🚚 Shipping & Charges

  • A ₹180 fee per product will be charged for reverse pickup (handling & shipping).

  • Reverse pickup is available only for serviceable pincodes.

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers must self-ship the product.


🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  • Customers can exchange for size or another product.

  • A ₹99 fee per product will be charged for reverse pickup (handling & shipping).

    Video proof is mandatory for processing refunds. Refunds will not be issued if the product is used, damaged, or if the tags are not intact.

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, pickup and redelivery will be arranged.

  • Exchange processing time: 24–72 working hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

Replacement delivery may take 3–5 working days after approval (subject to location).


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable on COD orders.

  • For prepaid orders:

  • A ₹180 deduction per product will apply.

  • Refunds are processed only after quality check approval.

  • Refund processing time: 5–12 working days after approval.

  • If a wrong or damaged product is returned, refund will not be issued.

    Customers with multiple return requests may be restricted from receiving refunds at our discretion.
