Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – SHAARKX

At SHAARKX, every product is crafted with precision, premium materials, and strict quality standards. We want you to shop with confidence, so we've created a transparent policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure genuine orders and faster processing, ShaarkX offers Partial Cash on Delivery (COD).

How Partial COD Works

  • A non-refundable advance payment of ₹200 is required at the time of placing your order.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Orders will be processed only after the ₹200 advance payment is successfully received.

Advance Payment

  • The ₹200 advance payment confirms your order and covers a portion of the shipping and handling costs.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable, except where the order is cancelled by ShaarkX.

Order Cancellation

  • If you cancel your order after making the ₹200 advance payment, the advance amount will not be refunded.

  • If you refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery, the ₹200 advance payment will be forfeited.

Failed Delivery

  • If the first delivery attempt fails, our team will contact you to confirm your availability and delivery details.

  • Once confirmed, we will arrange one additional delivery attempt.

  • If the second delivery attempt also fails, the order is refused, the customer is unreachable, or the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or any customer-related reason, the order will be cancelled and the ₹200 advance payment will be non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Partial COD orders are eligible for exchange as per our Exchange Policy.

  • Returns and refunds are not available unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification.

Refunds

  • If ShaarkX cancels your order due to stock unavailability or any issue from our end, the ₹200 advance payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Important Note

By placing a Partial COD order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Partial COD Policy.


🔥 SHAARKX Sale Policy (Limited-Time Sale)

The following additional terms apply to all orders placed during the SHAARKX Anniversary Sale:

  • All Anniversary Sale purchases are considered Final Sale.

  • ❌ No cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed.

  • ❌ No refunds will be provided on products purchased during the sale, except in cases where a defective, damaged, or incorrect item is received.

  • ✅ One-time size exchange is allowed, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Exchange shipping and handling charges of ₹99 per product will apply.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Due to limited inventory, products are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Additional Sale Terms

    • No article changes are allowed during the Anniversary Sale. Exchanges are permitted only for size, subject to stock availability.

    • Product, color, or design changes after placing an order or during the exchange process will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchange & Returns

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery .

  • Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

  • Products that have already been exchanged or returned once cannot be processed again.

📦 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for an exchange or return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging must be intact.

  • All tags must remain attached.

  • Clearance Sale products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Free promotional products cannot be exchanged or returned.

🚚 Shipping & Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup charges:

    • Exchange: ₹99 per product

    • Return (Prepaid Orders): ₹180 per product

  • Reverse pickup is available only for serviceable pincodes.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product to the address provided by SHAARKX.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

  • Exchanges can be requested for:

    • Size

    • Another product (subject to availability)

  • If the received product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, SHAARKX will arrange pickup and replacement at no additional cost.

  • Exchange approval: 24–72 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Replacement delivery: 3–5 working days after approval (location dependent).

💰 Refund Policy

COD Orders

  • Refunds are applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 

Prepaid Orders

  • Return shipping & handling charges of ₹180 per product will be deducted.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

  • Refunds are credited within 5–12 working days after approval.

  • No refund will be issued if:

    • The returned product is used.

    • The product is damaged due to customer handling.

    • Original tags or packaging are missing.

    • A different product is returned.
      REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE ON SALE 

🎥 Video Proof Requirement

To report a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The unopened package

  • The shipping label

  • The complete unboxing process

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

⏱ Processing Timeline

  • Request Window: Within 48 hours of delivery

  • Exchange/Return Approval: 24–72 working hours

  • Refund Processing: 5–12 working days

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Orders already exchanged or returned once cannot be processed again.

  • Customers with repeated return requests may be restricted from future returns or refunds at SHAARKX's discretion.

  • SHAARKX reserves the right to inspect every returned product before approving any exchange or refund.

  • Any request that does not comply with this policy may be declined.

  • By placing an order on SHAARKX, customers agree to all the above terms and conditions.
