SHAARKX EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
🔁 Exchange & Returns

Exchange or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this time window will not be accepted.

Products that are already exchanged or returned once cannot be processed again.
📦 Eligibility Criteria

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Tags must be intact.

Items purchased during clearance sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Free promotional products cannot be exchanged or returned.
🚚 Shipping & Charges

A ₹180 fee per product will be charged for reverse pickup (handling & shipping).

Reverse pickup is available only for serviceable pincodes.

If reverse pickup is not available, customers must self-ship the product.
🔄 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Customers can exchange for size or another product.
- A ₹99 fee per product will be charged for reverse pickup (handling & shipping).
Video proof is mandatory for processing refunds. Refunds will not be issued if the product is used, damaged, or if the tags are not intact.

If the product is defective or incorrect, pickup and redelivery will be arranged.

Exchange processing time: 24–72 working hours (excluding weekends/holidays).
Replacement delivery may take 3–5 working days after approval (subject to location).
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable on COD orders.
- For prepaid orders:
- A ₹180 deduction per product will apply.
- Refunds are processed only after quality check approval.
- Refund processing time: 5–12 working days after approval.
- If a wrong or damaged product is returned, refund will not be issued.
Customers with multiple return requests may be restricted from receiving refunds at our discretion.
